Before our clients are sent to a work site, we make sure they are work ready. It is important for our employment partners to be confident that Chosen People program participants are given a skills assessment to determine suitable candidates to connect them with. We take them through a process that helps develop the confidence needed to become more productive. For some there will be on the job training opportunities that will teach new skills while providing the income needed to help sustain themselves. Various partner organizations open their door to our clients, as a second or maybe even third chance, to establish themselves in the community and live a fruitful life.
